
Guarantees and Returns
B.L.C is committed to replacing or refunding any defective product or product that does not correspond to the customer’s order. All claims must be made upon receipt, and must be discussed with the delivery person and the B.L.C company, in accordance with the guarantees made with the carrier at the time of the order.
No goods can be returned to the seller without prior notification and in accordance with the return instructions. To request a return, please contact us at b.l.c.bellanger.leo.creation@gmail.com, providing the items concerned and including photos of the items and packaging.
Returns must be made in the original packaging, with all parts and documentation included. The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and free from damage.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
We will arrange for the return with the carrier, who will contact you within a few days to organize the pickup of the package at your home or directly during its delivery if insurance was purchased.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, if the return is not justified, and will be charged up to the amount of the delivery costs for the returned products.
The seller retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the price of the goods has been made. To enforce this clause, the seller may notify the customer of their intention to reclaim the goods by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The sale will be automatically rescinded, and any deposits already paid will remain with the seller.
It is expressly stated that, unless the warranty clause applies, the customer is responsible for the goods once they are in their possession, with the transfer of possession transferring the risks.
The customer should take all necessary precautions and, if needed, insurance to cover the potential destruction, partial or total, of the goods, regardless of the cause.
In case of non-payment, the seller may terminate the sale, after a formal notice sent to the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, requesting payment within a reasonable time.
All furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty, which covers the steel structure and welding. Any damage due to normal wear of the product or its materials, or misuse other than its intended purpose, will void this warranty. The owner must take care of their purchase to ensure a normal and extended lifespan of the product.
The warranty does not cover plants, scratches, or other damage caused by corrosive products, wood burns, or normal wear from use.
